Note to Corporate Associate Members:  Corporate Associate membership (for primary and secondary members) includes a SAGEEP exhibition booth.  Your SAGEEP Exhibits Manager will be contacting you to discuss SAGEEP 2025 and Corporate Associate dues including the booth fee.  If you have any questions about your organization's membership renewal status, please contact EEGS at [email protected].  If you wish to change your corporate membership type, contact EEGS at [email protected]. 

Renew Your Membership:  2025 Renewal Period Open!

EEGS is currently sending 2024 membership renewal notices enabling members to renew online for the 2025 membership year.  Members are given a grace period through January 20, 2025 to renew.  As a reminder, only current members will be able to participate in the GAINS program webinars that resume January 22, 2025.  It's important to update your contact information, particularly during the renewal period, to avoid your membership lapsing on January 20, 2025.  Be sure to consider renewing online so you can support the EEGS Foundation (see below)!

Renew Online:

By renewing online, you can choose to donate to the EEGS Foundation.  Please consider supporting the Foundation, a 501(3)c charitable organization chartered to encourage the use of geophysical technologies and to aid those who endeavor to learn more about them. Among its many programs, the EEGS Foundation awards scholarships to undergraduate and graduate students. The Foundation provides a path for individuals and companies to fund the ideals of these organizations through tax-deductible contributions.

You can also pay your membership invoice from your Membership Profile - here's how: 

1. Access www.eegs.org
2. Click "Member Login" in the upper right hand corner of the home page (you can email [email protected] to request your Username and reset your Password if needed)
3. On the extreme right-hand side of the screen, under Quick Links, click "My Profile"
4. You can click "Renew Now" or click on Invoices and then the ellipses to view or pay
