Presenters Guidelines (Required Review)

All oral and poster presenters must review the Presenter Guidelines, including:

• Oral presentation timing and Q&A expectations
• Poster board dimensions and mounting materials
• Registration and hotel booking reminders
• Visa and letter of invitation information

Key Presentation Requirements (Summary)

Oral Presentations

• Format: PowerPoint file (or PDF of slides)
• Timing:15-minute presentation + 5 minutes Q&A (20 minutes total)
• File delivery: Bring your file(s) on a USB drive and upload in your session room prior to the session start (Session Chairs will assist).

Poster Presentations

• Posters will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall with dedicated viewing time during breaks, lunch and scheduled networking receptions.
• Poster board space:4 ft high × 8 ft long (usable space)
• Mounting: Velcro tape or thumb tacks
• Posters must be removed by Exhibit Hall close on Wednesday (items left may be collected/recycled).

Registration & Deadlines (Please Register Early)

Registration is open, and presenters are encouraged to register as soon as possible to confirm participation and secure access to ticketed items.

Important deadlines:

• Early Bird Deadline: March 1, 2026
• Pre-Registration Deadline: March 13, 2026
• Conference Dates: March 15–19, 2026

Presenters are strongly encouraged to book within the EEGS room block to support conference commitments and help EEGS maintain the lowest possible registration rates.
