GAINS, an EEGS Member benefit, is a virtual training course designed for those looking for an introduction or refresher on practical applications in engineering and environmental geophysics. Participation will expand your knowledge - and your network!  Be sure to join EEGS prior to registering for the modules.  Invitations to the Zoom platform will be sent to all members - registration is required.

2026 GAINS Schedule

Beginning January 15, GAINS will begin offering its 2026 presentations on Thursdays from 2-4pm (Mountain Time) . EEGS' Education Committee has finalized the roster of topics and Subject Matter Experts and will be hosting 9 Weeks of virtual courses, a panel discussion at SAGEEP 2026 and an invitation to join fellow GAINS participants at the final module, the Outdoor Demonstration, where SAGEEP exhibitors feature and demonstrate the latest in equipment and services.  Recordings will be available to all GAINS registrants. Be sure to save the date for SAGEEP 2026 March 15-19, 2026 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania USA.
