Sunday, March 20

Two Full Day Short Courses:  "geoDRONEology:  INTEGRATING DRONES INTO THE GEOSCIENTIFIC AND ENGINEERING WORKFLOW" and "GROUND PENETRATING RADAR - PRINCIPLES, PRACTICES AND PROCESSING"

Ice Breaker in the Exhibit Hall - Everyone is welcome!  Special Poster viewing:  Be sure to stop by and view the Drone Posters on display during the Ice Breaker Sunday and for the entire day on Monday.

Monday, March 21

Opening Session/Keynote Speaker - Keynote speaker will be Dr. Vince Matthews, former state geologist and director of the Colorado Geological Survey and author and former senior editor of the publication “Messages in Stone: Colorado’s Colorful Geology” will speak on the "Global Scramble for Natural Resources - Its Potential Impact on America" related to the growth of economies in Asia and what it means to the rest of the world.  

Best of Near Surface Geoscience 2015 - After the Opening Session, participants will have an opportunity to attend the "Best of Near Surface Geoscience 2015" papers presented in Turin, Italy.

Full day of Technical Presentations - Oral and Posters

Exhibitor Equipment Outdoor Demonstrations (Off-site) - Afternoon event at nearby Benedict Fountain Park

Student Event (Off-site) - Geeks Who Drink Trivia and networking at The Horseshoe Bar, (across the street from the Outdoor Demonstrations event site at Benedict Fountain Park). Light hors de’ oeuvres served.
