What To Expect During Your Visit 

We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience for SAGEEP attendees from check-in to check-out. We will be posting updates to any health-related mandates or restrictions that may be adopted by the City and County of Denver or Colorado.  Presently, no restrictions will affect SAGEEP; however, please review the hotel guidelines: 

FACE COVERINGS
We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. We will be updating this space and providing signage in the SAGEEP meeting areas communicating the current requirements from local public health and government authorities. 

HILTON CLEAN STAY
The hotel has taken additional measures beyond the hotel industry's cleaning standards by partnering with Reckitt, maker of Lysol & Dettol, to develop the Hilton Clean Stay program. This program builds upon the already rigorous Hilton cleaning standards by providing enhanced training for their Team Members, increased cleaning of public areas and adjusted food & beverage service, to ensure a worry-free stay.

Airport

Denver International Airport (DIA)

The hotel is 24 miles from DIA; approximately a 33-minute auto trip.
By bus transportation, it's an approximately 1 hour and 15 minute trip via the A Line from the Denver Airport Station (leaving every 15 minutes).  Tickets and Information: 303 299-6000 - RTD (Regional Transportation District) 

Altitude

Denver is known as the "Mile High City" because of its 5,280 feet elevation.  Travelers who visit Colorado's ski areas or some of the higher elevation destinations in Colorado may experience the effects of Altitude Sickness.  According to UCHealth in Denver, milder symptoms include headache, insomnia and nausea, but victims can also suffer more serious consequences.  Some preventative measures include staying hydrated, avoiding alcohol at first and acclimating - ascend in increments, allowing the body time to adjust to each level before moving up to the next.
