Attention Students:  
Special Circumstances Requiring Printed Forms/Student Registration

Students who qualify for waived registration fees will need to complete a special registration form.  Students who have had their registration fees waived will need to complete a printed form  and mail or fax the form to the EEGS offices.  Click here  for the Student Registration form.  EEGS Member Students:  Please be sure to list your qualifying Student Chapter representatives or your faculty's name (must be registered to attend SAGEEP).  Non-EEGS member students will need to register using the Student Registration printed form in order to receive the EEGS Student Member rates (i.e., the Student Event). To print or download a list of active EEGS Student Chapters and contacts, click here.  

Short Course Instructors:

If you plan to attend any of the technical sessions and/or visit the exhibitions, you must register for the conference.  Otherwise, register by using the special registration form for Short Course Instructors who will participate only in their short courses.
