SAGEEP 2024 Registration Information

Online Registration is Closed!  On site registration opens Sunday, March 24 at the SAGEEP Registration Desk at the Tucson Convention Center outside Copper Ballroom.  Be sure to download SAGEEP's Mobile App by Whova!

You'll want to be sure to register for the Conference Evening.  Here's what's in store:
Attendees will enjoy a delicious buffet from the kitchen of Chef Omar Huerta, a complimentary drink, music and the option to participate in one of the fastest growing sports in America:  Pickleball.  (Be sure to bring sneakers!)  

This year, the Ice Breaker is on Sunday from 5:30 to 7 pm.  Great way to begin networking and enjoy refreshments among fellow SAGEEP attendees.

Special registration instructions:
Short Course Instructors must register and check in for your badge and conference materials.  Instructors who will conduct their courses/workshops but will not attend the conference can register online or use the printed registration form selecting $0 for the conference rate and the short course.

Exhibitors or Exhibitor Personnel can register using a printed registration form.  Please make sure the registration type selected reflects the appropriate role of the registrant:  Exhibitor Full Conference, Exhibitor Personnel, or Exhibitor Additional Personnel (an exhibitor booth includes 1 Full Conference delegate and 1 additional exhibitor personnel at no charge).  Those who will attend as an additional exhibitor can register online and use the additional exhibitor personnel registration type. 

Keynote and Luncheon Speakers can register using the printed registration form marking $0 for the conference rate .  Prior to your presentation, please stop by the SAGEEP Registration area at the Tucson Convention Center to pick up your badge and conference materials.   

Students who are sponsored by an EEGS Student Chapter or will be accompanied by faculty, please use the special Sponsored Student printed form to take advantage of your $0 charge SAGEEP attendance.  Please complete the form and submit via [email protected].

Checks from Canadian bank accounts must be drawn on banks with US affiliations (example: checks from Canadian Credit Suisse banks are payable through Credit Suisse New York, USA). If you are unsure, please contact your bank.

Travel Tip:  Attendees can fly into the Tucson International Airport or fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and arrange for a bus transfer to Tucson.

SAGEEP 2024 Conference Rates

Conference rates include: access to the SAGEEP mobile application, ice breaker, keynote address, oral and poster presentations, exhibits, conference program, access to the Whova onsite mobile app and the SAGEEP 2024 proceedings

Student SAGEEP Conference Rates include same as Conference Rates above (must be able to demonstrate that you are currently
enrolled in an accredited science or engineering under-graduate or graduate program or have graduated in the past year).

Monday Only conference rate includes: access to the SAGEEP mobile application, ice breaker, keynote address, oral and poster presentations, exhibits, and conference program.  Tuesday Only conference rate includes: access to the SAGEEP mobile application, oral and poster presentations, exhibits, and conference program.  Wednesday Only conference rate includes: access to the SAGEEP mobile application, oral and poster presentations, EEGS' Annual Meeting, exhibits, and conference program.

Exhibitors - Exhibiting companies receive one (1) full conference registration and one (1) complimentary exhibit personnel registrations for every 10x10 booth space.  Additional exhibit personnel badges may be purchased for $70.00.  All fees include 2024 proceedings, printed program and admission to food and beverage events in the exhibit hall.

Short Course Registrations include two breaks and lunch.
