Technical Co-Chairs Andrew Parsekian and Oliver Kuras have granted SAGEEP Presenters a deadline extension to submit abstracts. Make note of the new deadline dates below!

Nov. 3, 2017 Abstract Deadline
Nov. 17, 2017 Notices of Acceptance, Suggested Revisions or Rejection will be sent
Nov. 29, 2017 Optional Expanded Abstracts Deadline
Dec. 7, 2017 Revised Expanded Abstracts Deadline
If you are from a country that requires a visa to enter the U.S., please ensure that you start the process of obtaining any required travel documents sufficiently early so that you will be able to attend the meeting. You may also contact the EEGS business office (staff@EEGS.org) for assistance with Letters of Invitation.


Geoscientists from all over the world are invited to submit abstracts to SAGEEP 2018.  If you would like to help coordinate a session, please contact technical co-chairs Andrew Parsekian and Oliver Kuras at aparseki@uwyo.edu and oku@bgs.ac.uk respectively.  Questions or recommendations related to the conference can be sent to General Chair William Doll, William.doll@tetratech.com.

Current Session Topics:

In addition to the Special Sessions topics, be sure to review the list of topics/subtopics below before submitting your abstract. You will be asked to select a topic in which your presentation would best fit. You will have the option to choose "other" if your abstract does not fit into one listed.  The Technical Program Committee reminds you that in addition to the subtopics listed below, several special sessions are actively being organized and we expect to announce more soon.  Recently added - Special Session: Geophysics for Urban Underground Space Development.
