Help EEGS Control
SAGEEP costs - book accommodations at the Keystone conference lodging
choices. When you reserve your room at the conference hotel before
March 19, 2010, you are helping keep the registration fees as low
as possible. EEGS is not charged for conference facilities when
we commit to a minimum number of room nights, so please take advantage
of the negotiated rates and help us keep SAGEEP affordable by booking
at the accommodation choices. Limited government rates available.

a member of the reservations team, call 800-258-0437, identify yourself

room, per night.
** For accommodations at The Inn at Keystone, there is a daily resort
fee of $7.00 per room, per night.
Room rates do not include a taxable surcharge of 5.9% per room,
per night, or applicable state and local taxes, currently 5.78%.
Each registrant
receives a complimentary Adventure Passport, a recreational pass
offering free and discounted activities. Keystone's transportation
system, The Ride, is offered through a bus pass, issued upon lodging
check-in. The Keystone Ride will pick you up and drop you off almost
anywhere in Keystone Resort. Shuttles pick up approximately every
half hour, and ride times average about 10 - 15 minutes.
Ground Transportation
Options Between DIA and Keystone
If you are not driving or planning to rent a car, you may wish
to take advantage of the ground transportation companies listed
below, sit back, and enjoy the spectacular scenery:

Mountain Express - Preferred Provider
SAGEEP Participants can book a round trip rate from DIA to Keystone
for $100 ($50 one way). Reservations can be made by calling toll
free number 1-800-334-7433 or by visiting www.ridecme.com.
The discount code is "SAGEEP". Attendees can also make
these arrangements when making their room reservations with Keystone.
Please allow approximately an hour and 45 minutes between DIA
and Keystone. Please allow for at least 45 minutes between flight
arrival into Denver International Airport and scheduled departure
time of shuttle from Denver to Keystone. After claiming your luggage,
please check in at the Colorado Mountain Express service counter,
located in the center of level 5 - the same level as baggage claim.

Getting
Around the Resort
The Conference Village is located across Highway 6 and is within
walking distance of the Conference Center, accessible by resort
shuttle or underground walkway. Keystone Lake defines Conference
Village and is bordered by shops, dining, and accommodations.
Keystone's
very own transportation system, The Ride, is offered through a bus
pass, issued upon lodging check-in. The Keystone Ride will pick
you up and drop you off almost anywhere in Keystone Resort. Shuttles

Center/Tenderfoot Parking Lot
Once in Keystone, go past the traffic light. The Conference Center
is the large yellow building on your left. Park in the Keystone
Lodge parking lot or in the Tenderfoot parking lot just past the
Conference Center.

Upon arrival at Keystone follow the below directions to check-in:

Registration
Once you arrive into Keystone Resort turn right (South) at the
Keystone traffic light
(this is the traffic light by the Keystone Post Office, Grocery
and Gas Station).
After turning make an immediate right (West).
Park in the lot on the left in front of Condominium Registration.
Parking passes are included with your lodging accommodations.

Lodge Hotel
Once you arrive into Keystone Resort go straight through the first
stoplight.
Turn right into the Keystone Lodge.
Check-in is located through the glass entrance in the main lobby.
- Inn at
Keystone Hotel
Once you arrive into Keystone Resort continue straight past two
stoplights and the Keystone Lodge hotel .
Turn right on Razor Road.
Take an immediate left on the frontage road.
The Inn at Keystone Hotel is on the right at 23044 US Highway
6.
You may pull into the valet circle for check in.
