Springer to Publish Special Monograph on Levees and Dams - Call for Papers

Contributors are invited to submit their innovative and substantiated geophysics-related ideas for inclusion in a monograph intended to inform policy-makers, engineers and earth scientists about the current and emerging role of geophysics in addressing environmental processes, assessments, and policy directions related to new and existing dams and levees.  Manuscripts for the peer-reviewed volume, "Levees and Dams:  Advances in Geophysical Monitoring and Characterization," are due October 1, 2016.  Publication is expected in October, 2017.  For contact information and Springer submission guidelines, click here.
