Sessions/Abstracts

Session Chairs/Co-chairs Breakfast - Evergreen A

All SAGEEP 2013 Session Chairs and Co-chairs are invited to a Continental Breakfast at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, March 18 in Evergreen A.  Technical Chair Bruce Smith and the Technical Committee members will conduct an orientation session and review of the 3-day program.  New features have been added to the session chair duties and these will be covered along with important A/V tips for running a smooth session.  Please plan to attend!  Agenda

Each session room will have a Session Chair script Session Chairs can use to make announcements and introduce the sessions and oral poster summaries.

Poster Presentations at SAGEEP 2013

Posters form a significant and important part of the Technical Program for SAGEEP 2013, and we are excited to provide a poster presentation format designed to give posters maximum visibility and impact! Please note that all presentations will be included in the SAGEEP Best Paper Evaluation process.

Posters will be divided into three sessions: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Each poster will be identified with a numerical poster board position and title on the list in the Atrium poster viewing area.

Posters should be displayed from 8:00 am on the morning on the day of the poster session, and left up through 5:00 pm that day. Presenters, please plan to be available at your posters during the coffee breaks and during lunch. In addition, a form will be provided that specifies other times of the day when presenters will be available at their posters.

In addition, poster presenters will have the opportunity to give a 2-minute oral summary (3-5 slides) at morning and afternoon technical sessions.  Generally, there will be 10 minutes at the start of each morning (8:00 a.m.) in each room (no morning summaries for Monday) and then again in the afternoon after the lunch break (1:30 p.m.).  The posters being presented correspond to the day your poster will be on display in the Atrium area.  For questions, please contact your Session Chair.

Poster Presentation Specifications

Poster display instructions and the oral presentation opportunity description are covered in the Poster Presentations Information document
